Charles F. "Rick" Witthoefft is currently the Firm's General Counsel and has previously served the firm as President and Executive Vice President. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation, and has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer for Business Litigation. Rick has over 35 years of varied trial experience in state and federal courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial cases involving contract, business tort, antitrust, securities, banking, corporate governance, insurance, landlord-tenant, land use, professional liability, employment, administrative law, and trust and estate issues.
