Before practicing law, Sheila worked as a television reporter for CBS 5 News in Syracuse, New York.

  • Filing of L-1B and H-1B1 visa petitions to obtain non-immigration visa for client-company's overseas employee.
  • Presentation to more than 100 employees of client-company regarding workplace discrimination.
  • Investigation of and assistance to client-companies in resolving internal sexual harassment claims filed by employees.
  • Defense of non-profit organization in lawsuit filed by individual plaintiff regarding dispute involving organization's inheritance of real estate from a decedent's Last Will and Testament.
