John Vaughan is a member of the firm's Litigation section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, civil rights matters and general civil litigation, including insurance defense. John actively litigates and has tried cases in both state and federal courts involving a wide range of employment issues, including wrongful termination, worker's compensation, retaliatory discharge and discrimination.
