Glenn Moore is an attorney with the firm's Real Estate section. His principal practice areas include representation of closely held companies in all types of transactions, commercial real estate, land use work and estate planning.

Relevant Experience:

  • Glenn's estate planning work involves advising clients with respect to alternatives for minimization of transfer taxes. In addition to preparation of credit shelter documents, he has assisted and advised clients in the preparation of irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and the shifting of asset ownership. He has had extensive experience in working with real estate owners in shifting ownership interests in a transfer tax efficient manner, to minimize potential estate tax liability.
  • Glenn's representation of closely held businesses includes formation of business entities, working with such entities in the buying, selling and financing of business assets, and related matters. In addition, Glenn has been involved in property acquisition, the land use approval process and financing of a number of commercial developments in the greater Richmond metropolitan area.
