Devon Williams Cushman - Attorney

 

Devon Williams Cushman is an associate in the Litigation Section, where her primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, real estate litigation, commercial landlord tenant litigation, and personal injury defense.

Prior to law school, Devon worked in public and media relations in the Washington, D.C. area. Her client list included DaimlerChrysler Corporation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In addition, she served as a spokesperson for the American Trucking Association.

  • Representation of business clients in disputes
  • Representation of commercial and residential property owners and developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in matters related to construction defects and performance disputes and prosecution and defense of construction claims
  • Representation of title insurance companies and/or their insureds in all matters involving ownership of real estate or insurance coverage under a title policy
  • Representation of landlords and tenants in connection with commercial landlord tenant disputes
  • Representation of corporate and individual defendants in association with personal injury claims
