Devon Williams Cushman is an associate in the Litigation Section, where her primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, real estate litigation, commercial landlord tenant litigation, and personal injury defense.
Prior to law school, Devon worked in public and media relations in the Washington, D.C. area. Her client list included DaimlerChrysler Corporation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In addition, she served as a spokesperson for the American Trucking Association.
