RICHARD B. CHESS AND LISA SPICKLER GOODWIN JOIN HIRSCHLER FLEISCHER

Hirschler Fleischer (the Firm) today announced the addition of two new associates. Richard B. Chess has joined the Firm's Richmond office as "of counsel" associate to the real estate and business sections. His practice will focus on real estate business development, real estate investment trusts, local government and mergers and acquisitions. Chess, a graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, was previously employed by Winstar Wireless. He formerly served as the Director of Acquisitions for United Dominion Realty Trust.

Lisa Spickler Goodwin has become an Associate with the Firm in the Richmond office. Ms. Goodwin joins the Firm's litigation section where her practice will include environmental and commercial litigation. A cum laude graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, Goodwin was previously with Hunton & Williams.
