LEGAL SERVICES ALLIANCE ANNOUNCED

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Hirschler Fleischer, a Professional Corporation and the newly formed firm of Allen & Allen, Attorneys at Law, P.C. today announced the creation of a legal services alliance between the law firms.

Everette G. ("Buddy") Allen, Jr., formerly a senior partner with and chairman of the law firm of Hirschler Fleischer, announced the opening of his new law firm, Allen & Allen, Attorneys at Law, P.C., with offices in the Federal Reserve Building. Mr. Allen reported that he will be practicing with his son, E. G. Allen, III and Robert L. Harris, Jr., both former principals of Hirschler Fleischer.
