Corporate Attorney

Hirschler Fleischer, a full-service midsize law firm based in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking to add an associate attorney with 2-3 years of strong transactional experience, including M&A, general corporate work and experience working with privately held companies. Ideal candidate has strong academics, analytical skills, positive attitude, large regional or national law firm experience and a desire to work on a range of corporate transactions. Finance and private equity experience are a plus. Employment opportunity is immediate.
