Rob Boyle is a partner in the firm's real estate section and a member of the firm's real estate securities group. His practice
focuses on commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing for individual investors, large
corporations and tenant-in-common syndication sponsors.
He has significant experience representing participants in all facets of tenant-in-common syndications of sale-leaseback, bond
lease financing and similar transactions. Additionally, he has an extensive background in local government law.
Rob was admitted to the Virginia bar in 1998 and received his B.A. from the University of Richmond and his J.D. from the
University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
